Forklift Training

This course specifies the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift safely.

Drive It offers on-site Forklift courses only for Businesses and Companies. We will come to your workplace to complete either of the two options below. A minimum number of 6 persons required to book our courses. To find out more please either phone us or email us.

Drive It offers the following course:

All courses will provide as much practical training as we can squeeze in to make sure you or your staff get the best real time training possible.

Forklift Course:

Full forklift course (OSH) and/or F endorsement (optional)

Allow4-6 hours for this comprehensive course.

Gives you both the operator cert (OSH) and the optional F endorsement allowing you to drive on a legal road.

Both theory and good practical on the machine training.

Costs:

OSH cert only $295 plus GST

OSH cert and F Endorsement $345 plus GST

Unit Standard 18496 - Demonstrate knowledge and skills for driving a forklift on a road for Drivers Licence Endorsement “F” (forklifts) included.

Unit Standard 10851 - Operate a powered industrial lift truck fitted with forks - (forklift), this is available also at additional cost, if you require this please inform us before the course.

Extra courses:

Under this Unit Standard 10851 - Operate a powered industrial lift truck fitted with forks - (forklift).

US18409 Use a Forklift mounted safety platform in the workplace-$150 plus gst. Must hold current Osh cert or can be done in conjunction with our OSH course.

US10852 Operate a Forklift (PILT) with attachments-$150 plus gst. Must hold current Osh cert or can be done in conjunction with our OSH course.

T’s & C’s regarding payment of the course:

A 50% deposit is required within 7 Days of receipt of the invoice to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance is to be paid prior to the course commencement.

Eftpos is available for payment of the course on the day, through prior arrangement with the Directors of J&S Woodward Ltd – T/A Drive It.

All courses are non-refundable once commenced.

Credits for unit standards will be reported to NZQA through the MITO Business Division of Te Pūkenga Work Based Learning Limited in the approved capacity as a MITO Registered Independent Assessor.
